The Glee Club travels in January during the last week of Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s Winter Break, generally Thursday to Saturday, but sometimes varying from that depending on the destination. January is a great time to travel (except for the weather!), but it makes the timing of payments tricky, since we do not know the roster of the Glee Club until September. The information below is provided to help students and their families get a sense of the yearly schedule as well as ways the Glee Club works to make tour accessible for all of its members.

Our schedule alternates yearly between local, regional, and international destinations. Therefore, the price fluctuates each year. But all travel, including International Course Abroad programs, is partially subsidized, and students demonstrating financial need receive additional scholarships.

Staggered payments and the generous contributions of our donors help to make tour possible for all members, regardless of financial situation. Most of our donors are actually alumni who sang in the Glee Club as far back as the 1940s who love to see today’s generation of Glee Clubbers getting to have the same experiences they did! Tour is a large part of the Glee Club tradition and something that we believe all members should get to experience.

NOTE: Glee Club travel is not a mandatory part of being in the Glee Club! The experience is highly recommended, but strictly optional. Please note: students must be enrolled in Glee Club in order to participate in Glee Club travel.
